Location: the hotel was so close to the center, Christmas parade and the inner garden, that is covered. Had a really really nice stay in our good sized room. The staff was willing to help when needed.

We loved the spacious double room with a large bathroom that also doubled as a closet. The hotel's fantastic location near the Esqueletologia Museum was a major plus, being close to the center of town, museums, restaurants, galleries.

The staff was very solicitous and kind, and when I had headache and nausea they recommended a doctor and were anxious to make me comfortable. I fel at home there. The woman at the front desk during the day is particularly professional and efficient, she's really good at her job.

Great location, pleasant ambience, super helpful friendly staff, very clean and comfortable room. Everybody at the front desk were patient with my Spanish and managed to understand and help me as needed. I am very grateful for that, it was a lovely stay.
Breakfast was not so good, have no idea where did they get such disgusting stale bread; most of the time there was a problem with internet connection on computer in the lobby

Very accomodating and the decor was very interesting. Had a lot of old world charm.
The first night the bed was too hard, but the manager gave us a new mattress so then it was wonderful. They desire to please you!
